Warehouse Sanitation

Location Pittsburgh, PA Schedule Sunday – Thursday 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Pay $19.00 per hour – weekly pay. Responsibilities Keep the work site clean and free of debris. Learn and apply sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse facility. Work independently or in teams with minimal supervision. Maintain high levels of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel, maintaining a positive, friendly attitude. Assign to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Qualifications High-energy individual with a strong work ethic. Self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Independent decision‑maker as needed to accomplish tasks. Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary. Responsible for handling pallets per Capstone management and customer directives, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment. Communicate with Site Supervisor and Manager regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvement. Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs. Ability to sit or stand for periods in office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring and varying temperatures).
