Senior Accountant

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + performance-based bonus Schedule: onsite initially, with the opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule based on performance and trust Targeting a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with core accounting functions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role will report directly to Assistant Controller. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Support month-end close activities, including rollforward and rollback procedures each month Prepare and review journal entries with a strong understanding of debits and credits Manage and reconcile inventory-related accounting transactions Assist with sales tax filings and compliance Analyze accounting discrepancies and proactively resolve issues Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to support business objectives Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 3–6 years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations Experience with inventory accounting and sales tax Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to grow within a collaborative accounting team.
