Building/Grounds/Maintenance AssistantThe BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Teammate Expectations:Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools.Willingness and ability to complete physical / manual labor when needed and per direction given.Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner.Must be self driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise.Responsibilities:Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaningAssist with farming duties / operationsWork with and get along with fellow team mates as needed.Maintain and repair facilitiesMaintain and repair equipmentDo whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for teammatesHave Fun and Be Positive Everyday!Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDCarpentry skills preferredMechanical skills preferredValid driver license & insurable under company providerTeam player with ability to work independentlyPhysically able and willing to do manual labor
