We did this once in Woodbridge and now we are doing it again in Manassas! We have in person, hybrid and virtual positions available. A caseload that helps ensure work/life balance Reduced administrative obligations such as credentialing, marketing, and insurance billing Access to educational material suited for continuing education credits To be a part of a community, a family, a place where fun is expected and laughter is your language Some Necessary Requirements Have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Have a full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or be a master's-level supervisee or resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently Experienced in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Be effective in written and verbal communication skills Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly Have experience and comfort in working with diverse populations Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults Proficient in the use of standard office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant a plus) Ability to pass a background check We hire people passionate about making changes in the mental health community.
