Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst to join our team! If you have experience in production scheduling, SAP, manufacturing operations, and supply chain planning , we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do:

Manage and optimize manufacturing production schedules
Monitor material readiness and production progress
Analyze inventory and FIFO reports to improve efficiency
Manage and expedite manufacturing progress—including build, test, repair, and packing phases—by strategically allocating resources to ensure schedules are met.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams
Generate reports and analyze demand, supply, and KPI metrics
Identify scheduling risks and implement proactive solutions

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Manufacturing Scheduling or Production Planning
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, and Lean Manufacturing
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
