Houston Methodist is seeking an Inpatient Coder to ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for inpatient encounters based on documentation in the electronic medical record, while adhering to coding guidelines and regulatory requirements. This non-exempt role requires an associate degree or higher in a CAHIIM-accredited program (or equivalent experience), one year of inpatient coding experience or completion of our coding apprentice program, and AHIMA credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, or #J-18808-Ljbffr Houston Methodist
