Job Title:VA DisabilityIntakeSpecialist Location:100% Remote Schedule:Full Time Pay:$17(1099) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries Explain theintakeprocess clearly and compassionately to veterans and their families Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition fromintake to case handling Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all firm protocols and applicable regulations Qualifications: Prior experience in a legal, medical, or customer service setting Familiarity with VA disability benefits or a background working with veterans (a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency with case management systems and basic office software #J-18808-Ljbffr Capovilla & Williams
