• Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour.
• $2.00/hour shift differential for night shift.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Overtime may be available based on production needs.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Load, unload, and move production materials.
• Use hand tools and basic mechanical skills to support production.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials, including reels weighing 70 lbs or more.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, farming, mechanical, or other physically demanding work preferred.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
