Professional Development & Continuous Learning

  • Attend required professional development sessions, department meetings, and training opportunities to remain current on Teachers of Tomorrow initiatives, observation expectations, compliance updates, and state requirements.
  • Stay informed regarding Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements, certification updates, and evolving educator preparation program expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities focused on instructional coaching, technology systems, and documentation best practices.
  • Apply feedback from audits, coaching conversations, and quality reviews to continuously improve performance and effectiveness.
