Dietary Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Meadow Falls of Rocky River, a premier senior living community. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and nutrition support. Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup in the dining area
Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food handling practices
Assist with tray service and delivery of meals to residents
Restock supplies and linens as needed
Collaborate with culinary team to prepare and serve special dietary meals
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in food service or dietary aid preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
