Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Benevis is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. The role is central to providing high‑quality care to a patient base that includes more than 70% children. We support our staff with competitive compensation, a culture of teamwork, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $55–$65 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on bonus: up to $12,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Continuing education: reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment and company‑provided certification training (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.). Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and related services under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other procedures. Provide excellent customer service and offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options. Assess patient conditions, review medical history, and adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Assist with dental and perio charting, and take and save x‑rays into patient charts when needed. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion and professionalism. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
