Billing Coordinator I

Welcome to Love's! Our Fuel Accounting team is looking to fill the Billing Representative position, responsible for creating and distributing invoices to wholesale customers, as well as providing customer service to support invoice research and tracking.

Job Functions:

• Process invoices timely & accurately for customer assignments.
• Handle customer service issues, including research in RightAngle, research of BOL and tax questions from customers.
• Credit and rebill invoices for wholesale customer assignments as needed.
• Coordinate pre-payment between our traders and customers.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college a plus
• 0-1 years of related experience
• Experience in accounting is strongly preferred

• Hard skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with intermediate skills.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Comfortable handling multiple interruptions and adjusting priorities throughout the workday
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with diverse individuals
  • Consistently handle interpersonal situations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent memory and organizational ability to set priorities and organize workload
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Sufficient arithmetic skills to perform routine accounting and mathematical computations

Typical Physical Demands:

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
