Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level II trauma center and a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC.
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department with a minimum of 100,000 visits per year preferred.
