Job Description
- Responsible for handling recruiting and staffing needs of area manufacturing companies
- Build an internal applicant and contact database
- Coordinate with company hiring managers through the interviewing process
- Responsible for business development, building relationships with companies and selling our services
- Excellent opportunity for, but not limited to, recent graduates
Key Requirements
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented individual with a passion for sales
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, not required
- Past experience in sales is highly desired, but not required
