Job Description

Responsible for handling recruiting and staffing needs of area manufacturing companies
Build an internal applicant and contact database
Coordinate with company hiring managers through the interviewing process
Responsible for business development, building relationships with companies and selling our services
Excellent opportunity for, but not limited to, recent graduates

Key Requirements

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented individual with a passion for sales
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, not required
Past experience in sales is highly desired, but not required
