This role is pivotal in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with key thought leaders and prescribers within the territory to meet the needs of patients.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively influencing key thought leaders and prescribers within the territory.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing and resolving their needs promptly.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts and customers to address patient needs.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Product Promotion: Promote the company's hematology/oncology products to healthcare professionals.Educational Support: Provide educational support and resources to healthcare providers to enhance product knowledge and usage.Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.Experience and SkillsIndustry Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years focused on hematology or solid tumors. This position is also open to candidates who have oncology experience in medical device or diagnostics.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional results in hematology/oncology sales.Relationship Building: Established relationships within community and academic accounts within the assigned geography.
