Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized treatment strategies to empower them in achieving functional independence
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Utilize evidence-based methods to refine patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and overall daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide engaged, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote continued progress outside the clinical setting
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Document clinical progress diligently and modify treatment plans accordingly to keep patients on the right path

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Certifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
