Desktop Support Technician

Job Title
Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE, 17319 Hwy 99, Lynnwood WA
Primary Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
Requirements
Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac.
Skills
- TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
Work Schedule
M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES

Driving Required – Yes. Travel between multiple locations during the week.
