Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid Location: Valley City, OH or Towson, MD, United States. Responsibilities Assist attorneys and other legal professionals in the management of the Company’s global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support litigation strategies. Assist in the timely and adequate preparation, review, organization, and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and trial documents. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the drafting and editing of correspondence, memos, and reports. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal proceedings. Communicate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate legal processes. Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates relevant to the company's operations. Provide general administrative support to the Global Litigation Group. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership of the Legal Team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program, or in the process of obtaining one. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Deep knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes. Extensive experience with legal research, case management, and e‑discovery tools and software. A desire to learn new things. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner. The salary range reflects the lowest to highest annual full‑time compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as job level, geographic location, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience, and will be in compliance with local wage requirements.
