AV-Rated civil litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to become a part of an established team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large caseload of active litigation files in the Circuit Court and District Court of Maryland
- Interviewing clients
- Drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Coordination of Expert Witnesses
- Monitor scheduling order deadlines
- Provide essential litigation support to a team of trial lawyers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal is required.
- Familiarity with Clio or other case-management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Paralegal certification or AA Degree is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Spanish.
