About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the Executive Vice President. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing executive priorities to ensure the successful execution of organizational objectives. The Chief of Staff will provide executive-level leadership, project management, and organizational oversight, and will be a key liaison between executive leadership, department leaders, external stakeholders, and the Board of Directors. Essential responsibilities include advising on company issues, developing and implementing policies, and assuring the delivery of tasks that involve multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, strategic, and collaborative, with exceptional judgment, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational priorities with discretion and professionalism. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and 7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives in strategic planning, operations, project management, or organizational leadership. Experience within affordable housing, nonprofit organizations, community development, real estate development, or similarly complex organizations is highly desirable. The role requires a professional with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to prepare executive-level materials, and a proven track record of building trusted relationships with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple high-priority initiatives, possess strong project management and organizational leadership capabilities, and demonstrate sound judgment, diplomacy, and the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
