VIP Guest Experience Host
Mohegan Sun
Mohegan Sun is seeking a host/hostess to take reservations, welcome guests, seat them, and present menus per department procedures. You will coordinate seating, track table status, and handle guest inquiries while promoting venue events and VIP bookings. Strong communication and multitasking are essential. Successful candidates will have guest service experience and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, plus familiarity with NightPro and OpenTable systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mohegan Sun
