Senior Civil Engineer (PE) Location: Calvert, AL Job Type: Full-Time Build Infrastructure That Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to support and lead civil infrastructure projects throughout the Gulf Coast region. This is a strategic opportunity for an engineer with strong hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, and drainage experience who is ready to take on greater project and leadership responsibility. You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering solutions for municipal, county, state, and federal clients. Responsibilities Design stormwater, drainage, pond, collection, and conveyance systems. Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, engineering evaluations, and cost estimates. Prepare plans, technical reports, permit applications, and supporting documentation. Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate with engineers, designers, support staff, agencies, and project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support and mentor junior team members as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. 10+years of civil engineering experience. Active Professional Engineer license in Alabama or the ability to obtain Alabama registration. Strong background in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, and drainage design. Experience working with permitting and jurisdictional agencies. Project management, budgeting, and client-facing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft 365, and ICPR or similar modeling software experience is preferred.
