It involves applying prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and contributing to the creation of AI tools that optimize system performance. The role assists in designing and building AI systems that enhance interaction capabilities within complex service workflows. Success is measured by the quality of contributions to AI integration efforts and the individual's growth toward independent delivery. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
