This position is based on the Rocky Vista University Ivins Utah campus

As an integral part of the recruitment team theEnrollment Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision ofthe Assistant Director of Recruitment while focusing on assigned territoriesand promoting all RVU programs and campuses. This position emphasizesrelationship building event coordination and active engagement withprospective students pre-health advisors and partner institutions. Therecruiter will represent RVU at conferences information sessions pathwayprograms and accepted student events to attract and retain mission-alignedstudents.

Essential Functions

Recruitment & Outreach: Collaborate with theAdmissions team to implement targeted recruitment initiatives that driveinquiries applications and enrollments. Represent RVU at recruitment eventscollege fairs professional and pre-health conferences and communitypartnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with pre-health advisorsundergraduate faculty and career services staff at feeder and host virtual and in-person information sessions webinars andpresentations for prospective students and advisors. Leverage CRM (Salesforce)data to track outreach follow up on leads and inform recruitment strategy.

Prospective & Accepted Student Engagement: Plan and execute prospective student events including campus tours open houses and interview days. Work with Student Ambassador Program led by the ADR. Coordinate accepted student events and yield-building initiatives in collaboration with Admissions and Marketing.

Pathway Program Development: Support the creation execution and ongoing management of pathway programs and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions. Serve as a liaison between RVU and external academic partners ensuring alignment with institutional goals and enrollment priorities. Identify and cultivate new pathway opportunities within assigned regions.

Conference & Event Representation: Represent RVU at regional and national conferences association meetings and recruitment fairs to promote RVUs programs. Coordinate logistics materials and follow-up communication for all conference and recruitment event participation. Maintain professional relationships with key organizations and stakeholders to enhance RVUs visibility in higher education and pre-health communities.

Collaboration & Leadership : Support the Assistant Director of Recruitment in advancing strategic enrollment goals. Partner with internal departments (Marketing Admissions Student Affairs and Academic Programs) to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated outreach. Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices for recruitment and student engagement across campuses.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with institutional policies FERPA regulations and accreditation standards governing recruitment and admissions activities. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and communications in Salesforce for data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred from an accredited institution in a related field (Higher Education Administration Communications Customer Service Sales etc.) or higher education equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

• Experience in recruitment sales or customer service.
• Travel within the designated campus area and national conferences.
• Proven experience in admissions recruitment or student experience in higher education.
• Familiarity with the medical or healthcare education landscape.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Enrollment Management Funnel and student engagement strategies.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

The anticipated salary range is $49000 - $58000 per year. The final salary offered may vary and will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience location and education of the successful candidate.
