About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President for Product Management in the AI Application Development space. This strategic and technical leader will be responsible for defining and owning the multi-year product vision, setting the direction for how enterprises engage with AI applications on the platform, and leading a team of senior product managers. The role demands a deep understanding of developer platforms, low-code/no-code builders, API-first architectures, and modern AI development patterns. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of AI-assisted development, vibe coding, and agentic application building, and will be tasked with translating these trends into scalable, enterprise-grade product capabilities. A critical aspect of the position is driving go-to-market strategy, developer adoption, and fostering a world-class product organization. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in defining and executing platform or developer experience strategy at an enterprise scale, with a focus on driving significant customer adoption and business outcomes. Deep technical fluency, including experience as a software engineer or technical architect, is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leading and scaling large product organizations. They must be adept at data-driven decision-making, and possess the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
