Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable  Accounting Assistant to join their team full-time at our main office in  Norcross, GA . This is an excellent opportunity for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and supporting a variety of accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process daily invoicing for  UPS and freight shipments
• Perform general accounting duties, including:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Processing customer payments
• Manage product returns, credit memos, and warranty-related transactions
• Assist with account reconciliation and data entry
• Support the  Office Manager with administrative and accounting-related tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or office administration
• Strong proficiency in  Microsoft Office , especially Excel
• Experience with  Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an onsite office setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience

Onsite – Norcross, GA
This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
