This role is ideal for a DVM who enjoys same-day cases, problem-solving, and hands-on medicine —all within structured evening hours (2pm–10pm) and no overnight or on-call responsibilities. Our Facility Surgical suite + dental suite (2 tables + dental radiology) Glass-enclosed recovery area 6 exam rooms + comfort room Acupuncture & laser therapy Thoughtfully designed DVM workspace with visibility into treatment areas What We’re Looking For DVM (or equivalent) with eligibility for Colorado licensure Interest in urgent care / same-day medicine Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 + production Sign-on / relocation support available CE allowance + paid licensing Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Why NVA?
