Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to standards. Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document care activities. Advocate for patient and family needs, respond to concerns, and educate on health issues. Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Preferred experience with direct patient care. Demonstrates professionalism, leadership, and commitment to ongoing development and quality improvement.
