Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care, collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a primary intermediary between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards. Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying independent judgment. Coordinate patient flow and deliver safe, effective care according to policies. Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating pertinent information. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting change for better outcomes. Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and engage in ongoing training and development. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth. Support shared governance principles, act with professionalism, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact). Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
