Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee‑owned organization as an entry‑level Associate Project Engineer for its Nashville‑532 operations based in Smyrna, TN. The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It is a dynamic position offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment. Responsibilities Conducting safety meetings Creating and managing punch lists Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC program Preparing RFIs and submittals Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering Supporting the implementation of the job schedule Coordinating warranties and O&M's Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing This position is safety‑sensitive. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Salary range: $70,000-75,600 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.
