Location: Hybrid (Local to Denver, CO) We’re looking for an experienced and driven contract Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting, identifying, attracting, and hiring top‑tier clinical and non‑clinical talent across various departments. You’ll build our teams, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Position Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, and other channels. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation. Serve as the first touchpoint to Capital Rx, delivering consistent high‑quality candidate experience. Collaborate effectively with leaders across the business, working closely with hiring managers on job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring recommendations. Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs. Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance. Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives. Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of non‑compliance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of proven experience as a full‑cycle Clinical Recruiter, or related experience in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles. Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, specialized tech forums). Experience working in Greenhouse, strongly preferred. A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience. Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, organizational, and priority‑management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
