Jira Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Jira Implementation Consultant for a short-term engagement to assist with the setup, configuration, and rollout of Jira across multiple teams. This consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand current project management workflows, configure Jira to support business needs, and help ensure a smooth transition from existing tools and processes.This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Jira expert who can quickly assess requirements, recommend best practices, and deliver a scalable project management environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and product leadership to understand project management requirements.Assess current workflows and recommend Jira configurations and best practices.Configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, permissions, notifications, dashboards, and reporting.Support migration and transition efforts from existing project management tools into Jira.Establish project templates, issue types, custom fields, and automation where appropriate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and alignment.Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend process improvements.Ensure Jira setup supports scalability and future organizational needs.
