• Prepare components and machines: sand, mask, wash
• Apply primer, topcoat, and electrostatic finishes to spec
• Execute touch-ups and ensure uniform film build and appearance
• Read and follow blueprints/engineering drawings
• Document labor and production data—electronically and manually
• Perform paint-related hazardous waste handling
• Prioritize and sequence work to hit production targets
• Flag issues early, document/communicate them, and drive corrective action
• Collaborate with the team while also operating independently with limited supervision

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in heavy equipment paint processing , or a paint-specific certificate/technical degree
• Proven skill applying prime coat, top coat, and electrostatic paint
• Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints/engineering drawings

• Lift up to 35 lbs frequently
• Stand and work 8-hour shifts with minimal breaks
• Operate at multiple heights (equipment, ladders, man lifts)
• Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, twist; maneuver in tight/awkward spaces
• Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and rotating motions
• Use fine motor skills for precision application and finishing
• Work around paint, catalyst, and isopropanol fumes and wash chemicals
• Tolerate 85 dB+ noise levels and temperature fluctuations

• Overhead cranes , jib cranes, hoists
• Material handling equipment: counterbalance, tug
• Paving products equipment: compactors, rotary mixers, pavers
• Paint/wash tools: cup paint guns, sanders, buffers

• Hearing protection, safety glasses, metatarsal foot gear
• Respirator, painter hood, Tyvek suit
• Rain gear, rubber boots, rubber gloves
• Full face shield with hood
