Essential Purpose: Highly motivated and sales driven leader, a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club(s) to improve sales, overall processes, and develop and lead others to do the same. Must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. Fight hard to win and ensure the success of the club in its entirety including the club's members, employees, and financial success. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Other Responsibilities:

• Employee behavior and success

• Building and equipment maintenance and safety - including training of CPR and AED
• Overall operations of club

Accountabilities:

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Membership Billing
• Payroll Budget
• Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Fitness Sales Pipeline
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.)
• Employee and member safety
