Must Have

1. 8 10 years' experience in PRPC development

2. Experience upgrading Pega from 8.X to PEGA Infinity 26

3. Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 and before)

4. Experience in eligibility and enrolment systems (e.g., Medicaid, ACA marketplace, CHIP or government benefit programs)

5. Strong hands on in Pega Case management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows and UI (Section, harness, Skin) Rules

6. Implement workflows and case management features to support eligibility determination, enrolment and member management

7. Develop and configure PEGA PRPC applications using PEGA best practices. Well aware of Pega guardrails and coding standards and should be able to present the best quality code.

8. Hands on experience with PEGA rules, data pages, activities, decisioning, cases types and UI development

9. Strong knowledge of BPM concepts, workflows and case lifecycle management

10. Translate business requirements into functional PEGA rules, flows and UI components

11. "Integrate PEGA with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, Services, queues, MQ and databases. Would be focusing on integration between BenePath and other state owned systems like Mavro, Quadient, AZURE, Move It etc."

12. Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cycles

13. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to ensure alignment with overall solution design

14. Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring performance and scalability

15. Participation in Agile ceremonies to align delivery with project goals

Good To Have 1. Knowledge of eligibility rules engines and enrollment business processes

2. Familiarity with cloud deployments (PEGA Cloud, AWS, Azure)

3. Prior experience in Government healthcare modernization projects
