Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in a Long-Term Care setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 06/06/2026. 13-week contract with three 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30). Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and document progress notes
- Obtain and record vital signs; report abnormal findings to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Contribute to care planning and collaborate with RNs and the broader care team
- Ensure safety, infection control, and proper use of equipment; maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule
- Legal right to work in the United States and ability to travel to the assignment location
