Horario: Lunes a viernes, sábados según sea necesario
Fortitude Roofing está contratando un Técnico de Reparaciones de Techos Residenciales para realizar reparaciones en techos de teja asfáltica y metal, dar servicio a clientes de planes de mantenimiento y apoyar el crecimiento de nuestra división de reparaciones. Este puesto es ideal para un técnico con experiencia que se enorgullece de su trabajo, mantiene documentación detallada y se comunica profesionalmente con los propietarios de viviendas.
Responsabilidades PrincipalesRealizar reparaciones en techos residenciales, incluyendo:
Reparación y reemplazo de tejas asfálticas
Detección y reparación de filtraciones
Reparación y reemplazo de tapajuntas (flashing)
Reemplazo de sellos de ventilación (pipe boots)
Reparaciones por daños causados por tormentas
Dar servicio a clientes con planes de mantenimiento recurrente
Inspeccionar techos residenciales y evaluar su condición
Documentar condiciones del techo mediante fotos, notas e informes
Fabricar molduras y tapajuntas metálicos
Operar equipos de fabricación de paneles metálicos
Comunicarse claramente con los propietarios sobre hallazgos y reparaciones
Utilizar tecnología de techado, incluyendo drones, CompanyCam y JobNimbus
Mantener una apariencia limpia y profesional en todos los sitios de trabajo
Lunes a viernes
Sábados según demanda
Trabajo en todo nuestro territorio de servicio residencial
Vehículo proporcionado por la empresa para tareas laborales

Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de nuestro territorio de servicio
Licencia de conducir válida y récord de manejo limpio
Actitud profesional y excelentes habilidades de comunicación
