Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy to optimize patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and corresponding therapeutic interventions developed collaboratively with clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that cater to the unique needs of various populations.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to ensure client protection and comfort.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated client-centered care.

• Ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
