Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that provide an in-depth understanding of clients’ mental health needs, their strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific issues presented by clients.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to guide clients toward their goals.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that address clients’ specific circumstances and aspirations, incorporating measurable goals and notable interventions.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring every client receives the right support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, when clients are in acute distress or facing critical situations.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote community and understanding among various clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
