You will have the opportunity to:

• Assist in engineering assignments and ongoing projects

• Familiarize yourself with departmental functions and the manufacturing process

• Contribute meaningfully to performance goals and assigned projects

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering or related field

• Minimum completion of two years or more of college preferred prior to the start of your internship

• Completed at least sophomore plus classes by the start of the co-op term

• Good academic standing with your Engineering major and school

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to work 40 hours for the duration for the co-op

What sets you apart:

• Strong academic background with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above

• Understanding of basic Engineering principles and relevant functions

• Relevant work experience or involvement with professional clubs/organizations

• Possesses an understanding of basic Engineering principles

• Previous experience with manufacturing environments statistical control and project management is preferred

• Able to work in an environment without air conditioning

• Ability to read a graph and analyze

• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team

• Ability to work effectively both independently and on a team

• Curiosity and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication organizational time management analytical and adaptability skills

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $24.18 - $41.20 annually. Typically a competitive wage for new hires will fall between22.50 to31.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
