Associate Director, Admissions Systems and Technology

Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Associate Director provides strategic leadership for admission Ok-thanks technology systems, serving as the functional lead for enrollment management systems including application management tools, student information systems (Banner or similar), CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and Axiom processes.
Oversees technical projects, system enhancements, integrations, and data integrity initiatives while partnering with campus stakeholders to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Supervises technology staff, manages issue resolution and testing, and ensures effective training, documentation, and adoption of systems that support enrollment operations.
Salary for this role will be $80,000, non-negotiable.Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information systems, computer science, business administration, higher education) with 2 years of relevant work experience OR a combination of education, training and at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Considerable experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Slate, Ellucian CRM )
- Considerable experience with SIS systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft)
- Comprehensive analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Considerable experience supervising a team.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., information systems, computer science, business administration, higher education) with 2 years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
