As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You will serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes. We currently have opportunities for both after-school in-home cases and a highly sought-after daytime position in a daycare setting. The daytime case offers a consistent schedule of treatment: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking predictable daytime hours, strong work-life balance, and the ability to build a full-time caseload. Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Must be willing and able to go in-person to supervise Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
