To maintain strong client relationships, the full-time salaried Oklahoma Life & Health Account Manager will manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, handle service requests, and support business renewals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing complaints and resolving disputes Initiate and manage marketing efforts for account renewals, gathering necessary information and submitting proposals to carriers Conduct open enrollment presentations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Required qualifications 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Account Management within the insurance field Active Life & Health License is required Strong understanding of employee benefits regulations, including ACA and ERISA Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
