Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Days Shift 3 North, Facility Healthcare Provider, The organization is seeking a qualified RN for a 13-week contract on a Medical Surgical unit. The role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment within a 32-bed unit, supporting patients with diverse needs, and collaborating effectively with staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license, BLS certification, hospital experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, hospital experience preferred, 1 year of nursing experience.
• Additional Information: The unit includes a patient ratio of 5:1 during the day shift and 6:1 during the night shift. Responsibilities include utilizing equipment such as bladder scanners, vital sign machines, telemetry, and lifts. Candidates must be open to feedback and adhere to dress code requirements, including navy blue scrubs with the organization's logo.
• Submission Requirements: Interested candidates should be prepared to demonstrate experience with telemetry, electronic medical records, and be comfortable working in a new, high-volume unit.
