Territory Business Manager, Advanced Surgery - Richmond, VA

Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Advanced Surgery division in Richmond, VA. The role involves direct sales of hemostats, sealing, and tissue products to healthcare facilities across an assigned multi-state territory, building relationships with surgical teams and hospital administration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of advanced surgery products and services
• Educate physicians on product features, benefits, and appropriate clinical use
• Call on prospective and existing customers to provide technical information and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing departments
• Monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide market feedback to management and marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience, or 8+ years operating room sales experience
• Demonstrated hospital-based and operating room sales experience with large territory management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
• Residency within assigned territory or willingness to relocate
• Familiarity with posted territory strongly preferred

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
