Chef Manager Summit Place, an Assisted Living Facility, is seeking a full‑time Chef Manager. Working hours are 10a.m. to 6:30p.m., with alternating weekends and holiday coverage required. Salary: $55,000/year. Retention bonus: $3,000, paid in installments at 6, 12, and 18 months. What you will do Ensure the highest quality food and service standards for residents. Assist the Dining Director in developing dining concepts and menus. Train and supervise culinary team members to maintain safety and quality. Oversee the daily operation of the dining area, including food safety and sanitation. Coordinate with nutrition and medical staff to meet residents’ dietary needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college courses or culinary school preferred. Minimum of 5 years in a lead chef role and 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Graduate of an accredited Culinary Arts program with Serve Safe Certification. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
