Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology—adhering to standard protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.
