Description – What You'll Be Responsible For

• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address errors, and conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all procedures, train new staff or students, and actively contribute to the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe, organized working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.
