Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other fields following established protocols.
• Ensure results are accurate, troubleshoot any errors, and perform necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as requirements dictate.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, participate in training of new staff or students, and help maintain the highest standards of lab quality.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification throughout your employment.
