Skills / Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash application. Strong analytical ability, with a demonstrated capacity to research historical transactions and determine how work has been performed previously. Self-directed working style. This position requires someone who can identify what needs to be done and figure out how, with limited procedural documentation and minimal supervision. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills lookups, pivot tables, formula logic, and the ability to combine and reconcile data pulled from multiple sources. Working experience within an ERP environment, including navigating a system that requires manual workarounds rather than fully automated processing. Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in high-volume transactional work. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
